Bolton Wanderers winger Chris Eagles, was clocked travelling at 60mph in a 40mph zone by a police officer with a hand held camera. The player was also found to be using a mobile phone at the same time he was speeding.

Eagles pleaded guilty to both offences and was given seven penalty points on his license, resulting in an automatic 12 month ban.
He was also fined £265 for speeding plus £100 for using his mobile while driving and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £390 court costs.
