Manchester City star Yaya Toure charged with speeding offence
Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure is due to appear in court charged with an alleged speeding offence.
The Premier League footballer was allegedly caught speeding in a Porsche 911 at over 120mph along the M6 motorway, near Keele services Staffordshire, in May 2015.
The 32-year old was also charged with of using a vehicle without third party insurance and failing to produce an insurance certificate to police after the alleged offence.
The case against the Ivory Coast international, who lives in Cheshire, is listed before magistrates in Cannock, Staffordshire, under his full name of Yaya Gnegneri Toure.
