YouTube video used as dangerous driving evidence
A motorcyclist has been jailed after filming himself speeding at more than 150mph.
Police used the head-cam footage to track down the biker after it was uploaded onto Youtube.
The videos shown him speeding through a village at speeds of up to 150mph while on a superbike test drive. Police were so appalled by the videos they asked Youtube to remove them.
The motorcyclist was jailed for eight months and disqualified from driving for two years.
Judge Francis Gilber QC said: ‘I find it difficult to recall any case of such extremely dangerous driving.
‘It was a miracle nobody was killed or seriously injured including yourself.
